At Relevatech Group, we go “all in” at the outset of a project, coordinating with stakeholders to avoid delays. We critically analyze each phase of the project—not just construction—and establish scheduling milestones according to our customers’ needs. This includes completing model rooms early in the schedule as well as coordinating with consultants for specialties such as food and beverage, kitchen equipment, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) procurement and installation and, most importantly, operations.
